I just wanted to let you know our office was broken into Sunday morning at 3am, and the alarm worked great. Police responded and we only lost about forty dollars from our change box.

We were broken into yesterday. Someone pried the metal on the building back and crawled in. The motion detector triggered the alarm and they ran out the back door.

This memo is to inform you of the exceptional installation of our home security system completed by your installer on the 9th and 10th days of September 2009. The installer arrived at our home at the exact appointed time, presented himself in a very professional manner, and his attention to detail and care with our home was well beyond my expectations.

I have been a customer of ABF for 25 years starting when I built a home in St. Charles.  Over the years, I have had false alarms, changes to the system in my home, and occasions to speak with your employees by phone. I am now in the process of moving to another new home in St. Charles and have contracted for you to provide service to me.

We would like to personally thank you for the excellent and professional manner that you and your team provided in the security system upgrade for our home.  The installer demonstrated extensive experience and superior knowledge in connecting all the security features. He kept us informed through every step of the way by providing information necessary to assist us with making important decisions on how the system would function.

In the early morning of December 26th, the peaceful sleep of the Jim Reh family in Wildwood, MO wouldn't continue through the night, but their lives would.  A lit candle in the dining room, forgotten from the holiday festivities the evening before, slowly burned down until the melted liquid of the candle and burning wick dropped on to the buffet.

 

I just wanted to let you know about your installation technician that did the work at the Elias House Lofts Project.  He did a standup job in a neat and workmanlike manner, while being on time throughout the job no matter what the goal or deadline.

ABF did quite a bit of work for us on everything including my: intercom, security system, stereo system, TV, the whole nine yards and I am calling to compliment your company.
